The terms that apply when you browse ALKEBULAN, create an account, or place an order.
You must provide accurate information, use the store lawfully, and avoid interfering with its security or availability. You are responsible for activity under your account and should keep sign-in links, passwords, and verification codes private.
ALKEBULAN may restrict an account or order when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, payment risk, or a breach of these terms.
Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen settings and photography can affect how colours appear. Availability and quantity are checked again when an order is submitted.
The storefront may show both Nigerian naira and US-dollar catalogue prices. The checkout summary identifies the currency and server-calculated total that governs the order. Review that total, delivery information, and selected product options before submitting.
Submitting checkout creates an order request; it does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch. ALKEBULAN may contact you to confirm availability, delivery details, and payment. If an enabled online-payment option is selected, the payment provider's secure page and terms also apply.
An order may be cancelled and inventory released if payment or required confirmation is not completed, information cannot be verified, the item becomes unavailable, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. Any amount successfully collected for a cancelled order will be handled through the applicable payment and refund process.
Delivery timing is an estimate until confirmed by the fulfilment team and courier. Keep your address and phone number accurate and review the shipping guidance for tracking information.
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery and follow the returns guidance. Product-specific exclusions and the item's condition may affect eligibility. These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
ALKEBULAN branding, site content, and original materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party services, networks, and couriers can affect availability; ALKEBULAN will take reasonable steps to correct service problems but cannot promise uninterrupted access.
