Information ALKEBULAN uses
ALKEBULAN processes information you provide when creating an account,
maintaining a profile, contacting support or placing an order.
This can include your name, email address, verified WhatsApp
number, delivery address, ordered items and fulfilment history.
For account security and fraud investigation, authentication
records may also include sign-in time, IP address, device or
browser information and the type of sign-in event.
Why it is used
- To authenticate and protect your account.
- To save, confirm, dispatch and support your orders.

Service providers
ALKEBULAN uses service providers to operate parts of the store.
Supabase supports account and order storage; WhatsApp may
deliver messages you consent to receive; a payment processor
such as Paystack may handle online payments when enabled; and
delivery partners receive the information necessary to deliver a
parcel.
ALKEBULAN does not store complete card details. When online payment
is available, sensitive payment details are entered on the
payment processor's secure service. ALKEBULAN may retain the payment
provider, payment channel and a limited descriptor such as card
brand and last four digits for support and fraud review.
Browser storage and security
The site may use browser storage for session continuity, cart
and wishlist state, and interface preferences. Access controls
restrict customers to their own protected records, while
administrative actions require an authorised admin account.
Authorised administrators may review account security history
when needed for customer support, fraud prevention or abuse
investigation. Sensitive admin decisions are recorded in an
audit trail.
Your choices
You can decline WhatsApp order updates, update profile
information, or contact ALKEBULAN about an account or privacy
question. Some order information may need to be retained for
fulfilment, fraud prevention, accounting or legal reasons.

business's final vendors, retention periods and applicable legal
